Our Story

Ginger Cow was founded in 2022 by Lucy Pearce, a marketing expert with over a decade of industry experience. Lucy’s background in traditional marketing at top tier agencies such as Ogilvy and DLKW Lowe saw the creation of big budget TV adverts, radio campaigns, International marketing strategy as well as partnerships with the likes of ITV.

Bringing her traditional experience to the social world, Lucy then spent 6 exciting years at LADbible Group, at the heart of the rapid expansion period. Lucy was a leading figure in developing the commercial growth of the brand partnerships team. During her time at LADbible, Lucy collaborated with countless internationally recognised brands, creating award-winning campaigns, leaving her mark in the company’s legacy,

Inspired by the unfussy yet highly effective approach to engaging social media campaigns, the idea for Ginger Cow was formed. The bold and brave brand aims to engage and inspire audiences, much like the work produced for it’s clients.
